Our Silly Little Helper

We had a fabulous Saturday! Maybe the silliness came from not having a sufficient nap or maybe he was excited that Daddy was home all day, but whatever the cause, Ethan kept us laughing all day long! First, he danced in circles around the living for at least 20 minutes. Then, he decided is pajama pants belonged on his head and was getting frustrated that they wouldn’t stay. My eyes watered up I was laughing so hard. Next, we went outside where Ethan was quite excited about his first flower… and then decided to eat it. Mums are only a little poisonous, right? He finished off his awesome day helping Dad plant some seeds. Scoop a little dirt, eat a little dirt…. what a precious helper!

This has been a banner week for Ethan. Walking, painting, and now… feeding himself with a spoon… just when I was getting used to having a baby he goes and turns “big boy” on me. I think I may cry!
